I embarked on this journey in 2017 by investing in Mnemonica as a personal shareholder, guided by a specific vision. My goal was to provide more than just the initial funding needed to develop an MVP. I firmly believed that a great idea and capital alone were not enough to build a successful business.

I recognized the importance of expertise, both managerial and technical. It was crucial to validate the #startup in the market, establishing its viability and credibility for subsequent investment stages, which are essential for ensuring growth and competitiveness.

By adopting this approach, Mnemonica has successfully validated its concept, capturing over 85% of the domestic market with a world-class State-of-The-Art product. 

It's now poised for global expansion through Round Series funding.

This model served as the foundation for establishing our investments company, 20Ventures. After nearly five years, with over 1,000 startups selected, six investments, and a pipeline of twenty more, I can confidently say I'm proud of the work we've accomplished.

Yet, as investors we felt the urge to do more to serve the ecosystem at our best. 

The answer emerged clearly: it's H20 | Venture Building Ecosystem!

My firm belief is that the creation of a live and open ecosystem should be a real and concrete way to promote growth and global competitiveness.

Fundraising in H20

H2O facilitates the fundraising process by providing Founders with continuous support from qualified Experienced selected by H2O | Venture Building Ecosystem.

Deal Flow

H2O is committed to constantly providing Qualified Deal Flow to facilitate the fundraising process for Founders and target hunting for Investors. This is done in the best interest of the entire ecosystem.

For this reason, 
H2O | Venture Building Ecosystem does not apply any Fee Policies on the capital raised. 

Neither on the Founders' side nor on the Investors' side.

• H2O Investors Onboarding

  • H2O Investors will be invited in a subsequent phase to the Launch.
  • The selection of Investors takes into account the investment practices adopted.
  • Preference is given to those investors whose investment practice does not, in any form, provide for a value kickback for consulting and/or training services offered to participating startups.
  • Onboarding diverse investor profiles to ensure an effective response to startups in H2O, whatever their Investment Stage.
  • The relationship between Founders and Investors - unless explicitly requested - will never be mediated by H2O but managed directly between the hubbers.

H20 is committed to a 
Fees Free policy.

Whether you are a Founder raising capital through connections facilitated by H2O, or a Provider offering services. 

Or even an Investor.

You will never owe any fees to H20!

All that is asked is a proactive attitude within the H2O | Venture Building Ecosystem.

At H20 | Venture Building Ecosystem, we define a "Founder" as a shareholder in an existing innovative startup or a capital company. We do not consider onboarding "wannabe founders" or individuals who are still thinking about.

Onboarding Requirements:

• Be a shareholder in an innovative startup or a capital company.
• Be directly involved in the management and development of the company.
